This position also manages the installation crew and helps with the communication of projects between our customers and our office. Our Lead HVAC Installers typically work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with overtime that varies based on the time it takes for completion of projects resulting in some weekly overtime. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
